    Total Voting Rights

    Real Affinity plc, the AIM-quoted marketing services group ("the Company"), announces that at the date of this notice the total number
of its issued ordinary shares of 0.1p each carrying voting rights is 3,624,188,456, none of which is held in treasury. 

    The above figure of 3,624,188,456 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
