The Company announces that it has issued a total of 11,125 shares of Common
Stock ("Common Stock") as a result of the exercise of share options under the
Company's share option schemes. The shares of Common Stock will rank pari passu

Application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM")
for such shares of Common Stock to be admitted to AIM on 06 September 2006.
