How do I get some PLUS1?

There are several ways you can get hold of some PlusOneCoin but the main one is to use one of the faucets to get some free coins. Yes, that’s right, free money!

A faucet is like a dripping tap (hence the name faucet), but instead of water, PlusOneCoin drips out, and you can collect the drips.

You can receive coins as a gift. If you go to the PlusOneCoin Wallet page you will see a green box that gives your PLUS1 deposit address. This is a long string of letters and numbers like this:

If somebody wants to give you some PlusOneCoin then send them this address. They can use this address on any external wallet. You can not send coins from one ADVFN wallet to another ADVFN wallet.

If you haven't already got a wallet address you will see a button that you click to generate your address.

Can I buy some PlusOneCoins?

Yes, you can buy and sell the coins on different cryptocurrency exchanges. The coin is listed on SouthXchange.

What about mining the coins?

To mine coins you will need to use a GPU and a mining pool. HappyPool supports PLUS1. Be aware that mining is a challenging technical activity. You will need to skill up and climb a steep learning curve before you can reap the rewards.

If you would like to store your coins away from ADVFN, download the desktop wallet from the PlusOneCoin Website. Like most cryptocurrencies, PlusOneCoin is open-source, with the source code available from GitHub. Be aware, most antivirus software will alert on cryptocurrency wallets, including PlusOneCoin.
