A Bank-Based Corporate Governance System is the organisation of a supervisory board with the intention for the board to be dominated by bankers and corporate insiders. Corporate governance isan amalgam of regulations, protocols and institutions between shareholders and company leaders that determine the way a company's operations are conducted, and who oversees them.
