Its a shame LPSN being much bigger and advance conversational AI company than SOUN never used Liveperson.AI as company name

looks like LPSN a better catch than SOUN, question is why LPSN don't use the the term AI & robot as their conversation live person like SOUN even though their technology is clearly better and in wider use?

I think something is up, been watching this off and on for the last 3-4 weeks, finally pulled the trigger yesterday, had a feeling will have a similar run like SOUN, I like the new leadership in place, they might take it up and do some kind of equity financing to pay off the debt, but the trick is knowing where they plan on taking this ticker in order to accomplish that goal, my best guess is this will hit 15-20 dollars before any of that comes into fruition.

No potential buyout, when they issue grant inducement there is no possibility for a buyout. Just that leadership has changed on all fronts, the same leadership that sold the company below for over 60 billion dollars. This is setting up for a major run like SOUN.

$LPSN Shrinking revenue could drop the share price more. I do like the price to sales ratio of 0.30 which is extremely low. And cash per share is $1.63 which is above the current share price. But they need to either slow the bleeding revenue or become consistently profitable to attract more investor interest. Signing a new big client would be helpful to show progress. Lots of companies will be moving to conversational AI to answer internal questions especially stuff like HR related questions, so there are lots of opportunities for growth. Live Person is not the only company in this space. If clients have internal rollouts that are successful I would not be surprised for them to start using it for external clients as well. I see it as a fairly risky investment but could really be a big winner if they improve their client retention.
