Your post history may not be of much help to your case. David can approve the voting to apply for a reverse split, but he cannot implement it's action. The transfer agent is simply following a directive on the share ratio distribution. Authority was given by a governing body. Therefore, you would need the sue the governing body for the reverse split implementations being allowed, not Mullen automotive. Most all shareholder lawsuits I've seen over the last 10 years are simply tools used to accomplish a short position. With MULN, that is incredibly unnecessary as the stock price has been on a downward spiral for years. Once again, good luck with the lawsuit as I believe david is very skilled at walking a fine line. I truly hope you recover from your losses, but your post history shows you were pushing it while being warned of it's problems. You were in good company though. What are you taking about? AMAZON had a net INCOME of over $20 Billion in 2020.

Comparing MULN to any functional company is ridiculous.

They have negative gross margins, overhead expenses that far exceed their revenue, negative operational cashflow and a history of massive and continuous dilution of the stock.
