All fair points. It depends how large the losses and negative cash flow continue to be for GME, and whether the interest on the cash and cash equivalents is sufficient to offset the negative cash flow from the failing and declining operations, as interest rates continue to move lower.

But GME will continue to lose money through operations and will also continue to dilute existing shares. Don't count on that $10 per share in assets to remain there long. It will soon be below $8 per share.
