as a long time holder of this stock i feel like stock is a disease. It instantly zapped 50% of my life then sporadic treatments that give me false hopes even good news over the past months and im still here hooked up to machines pale, shivering hope i can hold on....

(collectively, the “Company”), and Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) entered into a Second Amendment to Joint Development Agreement, dated June 30, 2023 (the “Second Amendment”). The Company and Ford previously entered into a Joint Development Agreement, dated December 28, 2018 (as modified on May 5, 2021, the “JDA”). Pursuant to the terms of the Second Amendment, the Company and Ford agreed to (i) extend the term of the JDA to December 31, 2024 and (ii) revise the schedule for the Company to deliver cells and electrolyte to Ford during the term of the JDA."

Well even with 20% gain I'm still getting my knees broken from those guys i borrowed the money from. Be nice if they would name a permanent CEO and put out some news

The BMW Group announced today an expanded joint development effort with Solid Power. BMW intends to install a version of Solid Power’s cell pilot production lines at its own Cell Manufacturing Competence Center (CMCC) near Munich, and also announced its intention to build a demo vehicle using Solid Power’s all-solid-state cell technology.

Solid Power EV Battery Line to Ramp Up to 300 Cells a Week

Solid Power Inc. on Monday said it completed installation of its electric-vehicle battery pilot production line designed to produce EV-scale solid-state cells.

The company, which makes battery cells for electric vehicles, has partnerships with BMW and Ford Motor.

Solid Power said it plans to produce silicon EV cells for internal testing before delivering cells to its automotive partners to begin automotive qualification testing, which is planned for the end of the year. The cells are designed to power longer-range electric vehicles.

"The installation of this EV cell pilot line will allow us to produce EV-scale cells suitable for initiating the formal automotive qualification process," Solid Power Chief Executive Doug Campbell said.

When running at full capacity, Solid Power's EV cell pilot line is expected to be capable of producing 300 cells per week, or 15,000 cells per year, with the majority of those planned for automotive qualification testing.

Merger vote passed! Will be trading as Solid Power in a few days.

Last time we were pulled down to $11, we shoot back up to $14 in 3 days. Three trading days after today brings us a sweeeeeet merger with what I see as the first to market next generation EV solid state battery company. I think post merger, SLDP will fly!

Seems like someone is attempting to pull the price down to scare investors out. No where near enough volume on this downward pull to get worried. If this doesn’t run much pre merger, it’s gonna explode post merger. Just my opinion.

Am I the only one who see’s all of the ads for the new Ford Lightning Electric pickup that is coming spring 2022? Timing seems to line up perfectly with what Solid Power has said they will be doing as far as gearing up automotive grade production. Then you have all the other auto makers EV ads as well, and still most of the next generation battery stock have not been moving much. Do people not yet understand that EV’s are going to be dependent on batteries?

Solid Power will have automotive grade solid state batteries in production in 3-4months. Hard to believe this isn’t heading anywhere but straight up.

I am looking at some oils one little one tga I was in a long time ago has earnings.
WIth all that is going on with the pipe lnes oil will get much higher and saudies aare not going to do anything bto let the price drop.

i am just holding my huge position mostly on the warrants

gaped up open chart looks like it tied the high back n June looks like it is trying to fill the gap going into the end of day. major markets crawling higher. IMO this puppy can be higher over the next 2 days. Then watch out if markets do their correctiion thing jmo

I own some of both dcrcw & dcrc as well as some call options. All are doing very well and I agree that this company is sitting pretty in the right place at the right time.

yes warrants can get off track with the math at times

i think still this one is going to rocket higher no telling how
high this can go > but i have a good feeling this one is going to
do just fine

Aren’t the warrants starting to get a little pricey compared to the underlying? Warrants at $4 + $11.50 to redeem = $15.50 for a stock trading at $12

warrants could 5X or 10X from recent lows or possibly more in coming days/weeks with positive news

i would not believe in things that are said on a board to hold weight unless you can validate things said from reliable sources .......

when it comes to spacs in general there is much to be said with regards
to what people post on random boards ....

peeps post for reasons to shake out shares from others using scare tactics

All batteries were moving around today. QS up and IVAN (Solid Energy Systems) starting to move as well.

Just curious if anyone here would have any info on a post I read on the yahoo DCRC board. I said that the merger with Solid Power is contingent on DCRC investors having a certain amount of money to make the merger happen and that some of their investors backed out and they are short the required funds to complete the merger. Is there any truth to that yahoo post, or just BS.
