Gamco... Am i wrong? As far as the stock is moving up, and outstanding shares are low, there is no reason to repurchase at the moment. Historically.... Shorts are more manipulating the price than any repurchase. 

It seems like thin film lithium and other materials are leading the industrial uptake. Polymers are still in need of maturity it seems
