Company used some of it's pocket change to run the price up over $.09 earlier so they could dump a gazillion under $.08. Hummmmm ....

Seems like a PR (no matter how hokey it might be) would have been a better strategy.

Something to the effect: "We have discovered what we believe to be a revolutionary way to keep our patients from pooping while being given certain treatments. We'll be looking to file a patent on this amazing discovery just as soon as we can raise enough cash to pay for the initial patent fee."

Each unit was sold at a public offering price of $0.58. The common warrants are immediately exercisable at a price of $0.58 per share and expire five years from the date of issuance. The shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrants were only purchasable together in this offering, but were issued separately and immediately separable upon issuance.
Gross proceeds, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses, are approximately $3.0 million.

problem for many is they dont realize only a few brokers have the new shares ready for trade in their accounts


I dont mess with any corporate actions that cause share settlement through the TA

one time I had shares in TDA, was too new and dumb to know the stock was even splitting, then when it split it ran up I was excited because I was up around $10,000...BUT

TDA didnt have the split-adjusted shares in my account for over a week

by the time they did I was -down money

ETRADE was one of the only brokers that fronted customer shares before they were even settled by the TA

$ACON here come the discord pumpers thinking everyone will rush in and buy their bid up shares tomorrow...funny.
