Core Scientific Inc (CORZ) Quote

Yesterday CORZ & CORZZ price was 5 cents higher in CORZ favor. Called my broker and exercised all my warrants for a penny. Sure, a 4 cent advantage may not seem like much, but with the number of warrants I had it added up.

CORZ & CORZZ. Am I correct that these should trade at almost the same price, with CORZZ being 1 cent lower? That would seem to make sense to me.

Revenue from tranche 1 warrants yes, but not so much from the 1 cent tranche 2.

I have been buying Call Options on CORZ as far out in the future as possible and doing quite well.
I bought the $10 Call Option on Wednesday that expires on January 16, 2026 and it is up 86% in 48 hours.

I was so enthused about the performance that I bought the $17 Call Option yesterday and today it is already up 17%, in one day.

And as of today they just added another Exercise Price tier at $20, which is a strong indicator of where the stock price is going.

The options that I have bought have 582 days until expiration. I believe strongly that Bitcoin is going to $100K and higher in the next 18 months. If true, then this should push the CORZ share price above $50 a share, giving me at least a 10X gain.

The higher the share price goes the more Warrants will get exercised producing ever more income to the company. According to the rules agreed to in the Bankruptcy proceeding, the majority of this income has to be used to pay down the debt. So I think that it is a given that over the next 18 months Core should be totally out of debt and very well could be the most productive and profitable mining company.

It's that slow realization the opportunity has finally run out of more run space. $5, or even Riots' $2.30 bid, might have worked 6 or 12 months ago. But that ship has sailed. $10, the new price, will likely fall just as quickly, too.

It's anybody's guess what happens when this light bulb moments hits all of the fund managers at once?

This being an election year, no doubt there will plenty more shenanigans left in 2024. But it won't be too long before FOMO begins to tighten around the mutual fund and hedge fund managers, not to mention the actuaries who hold the insurance funds. I'm betting it's around the time somebody finally explains how bitcoin and mining actually works to all of these managers.

Perhaps they haven't yet reached the realization that without mining, BTC doesn't come into existence. That there will only be 21 million total BTC and that 19,700,000+ have already been accounted for.

That the next two million mined will likely raise the price of all that came before.

The awareness of scarcity is going to rush in very fast and it's likely to trigger a panic which has been ignored for a long time.

Not sure if this will happen to other crypto, too, as they don't require mining. We shall see.

Dip shtts who sold the $9.00 calls yesterday at $0.10,now paying the price for that stupidity,they have more than doubled,and probably have more to go,forcing the selling fools to chase buy them back.

Kind of looks like as if big shorts persuaded them to throw in a dirtbag low bid, perhaps thinking that it might persuade investors to sell,trying to make them think its over valued, so the criminals could cover their shorts, it backfired on them,a broker upgraded the stock today with a $10.00 PT,the criminals better close their shorts before the close.

Dip shtts selling the $9.00 calls at between $0.10 and $0.15, the fools will most likely end up, either having to buy them back for more than double,and the chasers will force them to do so.

Weak price action since it’s been on the nasdaq. Hopefully can turn that around soon.

Bitcoin stocks reversing this afternoon. Next week it should be UP, UP, UP as we move into "April halving".

Back in with mid 3s average. I exited before BK exit, was not sure how equity/warrants would play out. Was the right choice for me, my average was .05 out at 1.20

I like Core, its been a laggard in this sector and hoping for a nice performance thru the having into the bull phase. Only miner Im holding now.

This one is tricky. Two kinds of warrants will dilute as they get converted. But this is a monster bitcoin machine. I went with tranche 1 warrants. Strong case for buying common too. If common hits 6-7 bucks, some dilution will hold it back, and then maybe 20+ for the first bull run. for 2025, it could go sky high with the warrants behind it. Too cheap to ignore.

Likely, maybe the bottoms in few sessions ago , this sec. So volatile.

Btc is in bull phase, this will only be a good thing at least until 2025, the smaller and inefficient miners will go away and only big ones wil stay like corz and mara

The cost of warrants seemed to be more than current share price. How is that possible or sensical?

They produce more btc than mara, plus they already went through a bankruptcy once, this is all good signs, 3x from now easy maybe more

I think CORZW is a pretty standard warrant, with an exercise price of $6.81

CORZZ seems to be different, that it is exercised at a price of $.01, so pretty much equal to the common share price, but can only occur if the CORZ share price is over $8.72?

My 2,000 CORZQ became:

CORZ: 200
CORZW: 506
CORZZ: 433

So, on the warrants, each 10 shares of CORZQ became 2.53 CORZW and 2.11 CORZZ. In the last presentation, it was mentioned that the share and warrants might increase slightly.

Wondering how folks are allocating cost basis from CORZQ to CORZ, CORZW and CORZZ.

Should get per ten pre-split shares converted:

1 CORZ = $4

2.5 CORZW = $1.40*2.5 = $3.5

2.1 CORZZ = $2.10*2.1= $4.41

Total current value should receive per 10 shares = $4 + $3.5 + $4.41 = $11.91. So shares pre-split are essentially trading at $1.19 currently

I think this is why CORZQ dropped. The share price up through yesterday was inclusive of the warrants people will be getting. And since if you bought shares today you won’t be getting warrants after the reverse split, the share price went down by the assumed value of the warrants post reverse split. Makes sense.
