Herbert Smith Freehills has advised India's largest EV charger manufacturer headquartered in New Delhi, Exicom Tele-Systems Limited (Exicom), on the acquisition by its subsidiary in the Netherlands, Exicom Power Solutions BV, of assets and business of Tritium Group (Tritium) in the US and Australia out of insolvency processes.

Exicom, which is listed in India, is a market-leading power management solutions provider, offering cutting-edge EV charging and energy storage solutions across over 15 countries.



Tritium, which was until recently listed on NASDAQ and is headquartered in Australia, specialises in the design and manufacture of proprietary hardware and software to create advanced DC fast chargers for electric vehicles (EVs).



With this landmark acquisition, Exicom is set to unlock substantial long-term growth and value for its stakeholders. The acquisition adds Tritium's manufacturing facility in Tennessee, US, as well as a world-class engineering centre in Brisbane, Australia, to Exicom's existing presence in Asia.



Herbert Smith Freehills’ cross-border team was led in London by Corporate partner Siddhartha Shukla, and in Australia by partner and global co-head of Restructuring, Turnaround and Insolvency Paul Apáthy. They worked closely with the senior management of Exicom and Indian law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

The truth is in the filings. Looking for name change. Ticker symbol change, officers, address, financials, statement of ownership and any kind of filing that shows proof that the show will go on.

DCFC in my opinion has acted like a sorority frat party that has caused financial damage to it self.

Parties over.

Courts stepped in.

Change of guards is taking place.

Exicom knows how to be productive with its 2 billion and something in sells.

Tritium needs productive management and I think Exicom management has taken on the helms.

Pending acquisition news, filings, Pr, , Tritium has been under a Non Discussion Agreement for many months. Wow. Distributors wants need to be meet, Sales should reach billions.

As per buyout company Exicom most important things should be the filings update or Exicoms enthusiasm to move forward with Tritiums growth.

No idea how this will turn out. I think 8/31/24 Exicom has some kind of meeting, vote. 9/02/24 I think Tritium has some Non Disclosure Agreement rule removed by the courts. Or some time next month.

Standby for Exicom, they seem to operate as a professional business. Tritium needs to produce.

I think news first week of August. Trading could be fierce.

Arcadis, a leading global design and consultancy organization for natural and built assets, today announced the completion of bp’s (NYSE: BP) latest high-speed EV charging site at the company’s North America headquarters in Houston, Texas. The new bp pulse station is the first bp pulse branded Gigahub™ in the US for their EV charging business.

Arcadis delivered program and construction management for the installation of 24 high-speed charge points at bp’s Houston campus. Twelve Tritium 150kW DC fast chargers were installed at the site, which are configured so any electric vehicle will have the capability to charge at the new EV charging facility. Parking canopies designed to support a Solar PV system may be added in the future. The site is designed to accommodate potential expansion with additional chargers as needed, as well as restrooms, a lounge, and convenience store.
