Haven’t really noticed anything changing on the NB grounds other than the crops growing, but I only physically get down there once or twice a year.

I did notice Jim updated the NioCorp Presentation last week by getting rid of the reference to NioCorp being Dual Listed on the Nasdaq and TSX which was on the old page 8.

Thanks for the update….. any news on the NB fields?

Niocorp vs NioBeck. Bolth are underground niobium mines. but Niocorp has double the grade of niobium then NioBeck. NioCorp also has rearearths, titanium and scandium.
Niobec is worth around 2 billion, (got from chat)
Canada produces around 7000 tons per year and niocorp is looking at producing 7000 tons per year.

Yes there is a lot of bipartisan support. Just no financial support. The USA is already on its way out. You should come see our Gen Y and Gen Z. Doesn't really matter if the mine is never built. This country is crumbling anyway.

I am in red on what I put in NIOBW, but I am willing to take my chances. Lately I continue to add some more of them at around $0.10.

I still own 250k shares of LWLG there. Currently I bet over one million of NIOBW shares which need NB get moving, otherwise it would become worthless.

Common sense is what is suspect Monacle is basing that opinion on. Plus Walter’s chirp that Niocorp has friends when needed. This $8,000,000 loan is really turning into a hilariously terrible deal that could only be designed by desperate fools.

Doom and gloom, that’s the only thing we’ve recieved from management for years now. Disastrous SPAC that cost investors money, one for ten dilution, hundreds of millions in market cap loss, EXIM loan stalled until further drilling is performed. Come on, Mark Smith never fails to disappoint

They haven't been announcing that the payments have been made. I don't see how they could have made the payment without first disclosing where the money came from. The 600k private placement a week before the July payment shows that they are out of money.

I haven't seen anyone suggest that they will not make the payment on time. I'm only curious about where the money will come from since they don't have it on hand.

Come folks, this is going to be a nothing-burger. We are going to find out that was paid on time just like last time.
This board loves to speculate on gloom and doom and act like they have clue was is going on with the company. NioCorp will release real news when they have it and they CAN release it.

BTW, I'm going to go to the site this weekend to see if there are any changes. I'll report back.

Someone loves to mark this stock down after hours. Seems like a daily routine. I am guessing that the seller is trying to get weak hands to sell their positions.

Is a possible the payment has been made already? They wouldn’t need to disclose that immediately—We paid the bill on time.

I don't know ge, they have to get it from somewhere. I hope there isn't an unpleasant surprise after hours Friday before a long weekend. Hard to imagine anything but debentures or a pp this close to the due date.

I think Niocorp management and their lawyers are nervous about prior fanciful claims and how they could come back to bite them. Notice how the cautionary language warnings have ballooned? Notice how MS got his debt loot out by using toxic debt? We’ve got a company that needs a hail mary converted into receivers who are handcuffed and blindfolded.

My opinion about a Black-out period is,
The Company has a valid term they can cling to, so they can dismiss communicating with investors regularly like they should when expectations of an NR by investors are real, but not forthcoming.

Are some of us really giving the Company until 2025 to get us climbing? It seems so!

One could say it is nonsense, because the company could stay silent like NioCorp is now since June, but for no other reason than they don't want to face the expectations dashed, and disappointed investors.

But that's just my opinion, as I have also posted in the past about waiting through a Black-out period.

Quiet Period? These guys have never seen a news release they did not like; if anything remotely was happening we would be hearing about it through a very long news release or subtle innuendoes from Team Belgium.

I will keep quietly until the next official updates from the company.......

No. That would be a healthy much needed PR news release. If they had an influx of money like that they wouldn't be able to blurt it out fast enough. The financial reports make it clear that those tasks are yet unfunded for now.

Has there been any updates regarding the additional EXIM drilling and analysis (or funds to accomplish those tasks) that they dropped on us at the end of the Railveyor commercial that they hosted in May? I haven't seen anything but I may have easily missed something. Thanks in advance for any helpful responses.

Selected financial results expectations for the periods include:

• Loss for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 of $11.395 million, or $0.30 per share, compared to a loss for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 of $40.080 million, or $1.34 per share.

NioCorp intends to file its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 in its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or about September 13, 2024.

Mark coming through with enough non-toxic capital to actually get some work done (drilling, feasibility study) beyond just keeping the lights on would stop any short selling.

We will see if September will stop the shortselling from their job..

Sounds a lot like the competitive tension from years back that did not bear any fruit.
