They have 420 million cash on hand and 180 million in debt, my personal belief is if no offering tomorrow pre market and by the looks of it nothing has been filed recently for anything related to shelf offering, if nothing by open, this could hit 120 tomorrow. Lots of puts out there, people are betting against the company for some reason, they think this company is going to throw an offering. We will see how it plays out tomorrow. I am bullish and I think this will top out between 120-130, now if they bring in Baker Brothers like MD*GL did, then I think it might even hit 175 dollars fade off from there. Goldman Sachs price target after the press release 185.00 dollars, Citigroup price target $120.00

RETA My story. What's yours?
RETA Thank you for the news, G2G! I was in and won bigly! Hope you did, too.
Good evening, G2G, DG, Ske and all. What a day!
My sister, who is a saint, but more intense than police working you in the small, cement interrogation room for a possible double murder, called late last night and got me all riled up. So this morning my head was spinning like a top.
But I seemed to have ploughed through the day successfully, as follows:
I started at 9:35 AM and traded until about 1PM, a little late for me. One of the things I did was lay in 40% of the position size in RETA that I day traded yesterday.
I only took a small amount because I'm playing for average this year. Not swinging for the fence at all. But I felt a small position was remediable if I whiffed.
I somehow made two afternoon deliveries in the rugged mountains of West Virginia and a cold call (prospecting). I was going like I did when I was a twenty something food salesman on the road. Now I'm approaching a septuagenarian food salesman on the road :)
Tossing the crates of honey back on the truck after my second delivery, I jumped in the cab and punched up Fidelity to see if RETA passed FDA. Well, wifi positively sucks lemons in the WV mountains! But I did see RETA was halted so I still had time to act- if I could find decent wifi. I ended up in a Taco Bell with pretty horrible wifi itself. Bid-Ask resumed at 5:50 PM and trading at 5:55. After watching the circle of doom too long, I finally got on at 5.54:55! I couldn't fick around with such a poor wifi connection so I went right out of my position.
Yesterday's RETA DayTrade: In @ 30, out @ 31.45 for a 4.83% win
Today's RETA Day Trade: In @ 30.05, out at 82.88 (It passed!) for a 176% win!
I did all this with a broken tooth/exposed nerve and no pain killer.
My account is up approximately 35% YTD, which extrapolates to approximately 217% per annum.
41 closed positions: 39 green, 2 red
15 open positions: 9 red, 6 green
Good night folks. Got to go find my lodging tonight.
Tomorrow we do it again!

What am I missing?????
Alport syndrome is estimated to affect approximately 1 in 5,000-10,000 people in the general population in the United States, which means that approximately 30,000-60,000 people in the United States have the disorder.
Can someone explain something to me. This is 100% of what RETA was being valued at? So let me get this straight. Analysts were valuing this stock all based on this one drug that approximately affects 60K people in the US and valued the company at 250 X 36.4M = 9 billion???? Then the drug doesn't go through and now the value is 1 billion. Please. Someone please for the love of Pete explain that to me.
