Very strong Friday trading on volume. Also the debt turned into preferred c is quite interesting. Converts on the low of the day before which is highly positive.

If adhc has news next week that brings in value adhc can break 01 on it.

Series Class C Convertible Preferred Stock
All 100,000 issued and outstanding Series Class C Convertible Preferred Stock have no
voting rights. The Conversion Rate shall be the number of common stock shares, at the
market price at an amount equal to the dollar amount due to the Stockholder at the time
of the conversion of debt to these Series Class C Convertible Preferred Stock that amount
being $2,593,896 worth of common stock at the closing price of the previous day. The
debt amount will be removed from the financial statement at the next quarterly filing


NOTE 7 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Management of the Company has evaluated the subsequent events that have occurred through the date of
the report and determined that the following subsequent events require disclosure:
On August 22, 2024, the Board of Directors duly adopted the following resolution creating a series of
preferred stock designated as the Class C Convertible Preferred Stock, comprised of One Hundred
Thousand (100,000) authorized shares.
On August 22, 2024, we issued 100,000 shares of Series C Preferred Stock, valued at $2,596,896 for
cancellation of debt. This debt amount will be removed from the financial statements of the Company a the next quarterly filing

Whom ever the ADHC trader is using market maker GTSM on the ASK has not been very accommodating or shareholder friendly as it relates to moving the PPS higher. What I can say with conviction and the trading data validates it as well. Their not having a lot of success in their endeavor if the goal is to push it back lower. All though I will admit it has been the reason I held on to the hope that cheaper shares would become available at some point hence my decision to not go all in yet. I’m now about 2/3rd’s in and most likely will finish up some time this coming week. Only because I believe.003 is soon to no longer be a option.....


.....by the way. I second the sentiment ADHC runs well into pennies. And that’s not a pump and the very reason I’m not worried I may be paying a little more than I had originally hoped.....

Greetings $ADHC friends, I spent the morning doing some research on ADHC and liked what I saw. Yes that was me buying up those 36's and 37's and 38's 😊 Looking forward to the next run hopefully above penny land.

To be clear. I could care less at the moment whether ADHC goes UP or DOWN. I have a plan in place in which either scenario would be advantageous to me.....just seems like the likelihood of this falling is less and less likely. And the likelihood of it rising is becoming more and more likely.....
