Yeah raising the AS would go against their supposed buyback program.
According to the latest pr:

If this is true, there won't be a need to raise the AS.
But like with everything, take it with a grain of mitragynine salt.

Interestingly, on Branded Legacy's website (stupid name, needs to be changed) the latest PR shows that the mention of "The Monster Group" was missing. Everywhere else the PR states The Monster Group. find that odd. IMO

#1 on the breakout board means in a few days of buying and churning; it's going to run the PPS higher and probably won't stop til we get to the .011 evaluation in my own opinion of course.

Need to watch that OS. Dave supposedly said he "WOULDN'T" raise the AS. But he's also said a lot of things that contradict each other.

I may be negative towards Dave but this share structure does not warrant a RS. That is just silly talk. Still a small SS but the dilution has almost maxed out the OS. It's still a small OS regardless.

I have a feeling it is going to test .0011, have a bid in there.  If it doesn't then so be it.  But to me looks like they diluted into the news again.  Won't know until Dave updates the SS.  There is no reason for this to be down otherwise.. nothing makes sense

I don't know, don't think it's investors at this point. Just my opinion. Not expecting it to run to a penny but should have stayed in the .002s at least. This volume tells me another story though.

Certainly not a good day. With that said, the volume is half of yesterday's action and by no means a major selloff. We also had about 2.5m in wholesale sells in the 5th decimal place and this denotes that preferred issue is the factor, but not necessarily the main reason for the downdraft to .00013. The algorithm along with the MM who have coordinated the downdraft based on the listing.

When the MM open their trading platforms in the morning the wholesaler/institutions set in their sell orders for the day and it's this venue that these algorithms are set, but the MM move into these factors during the daily trading session based upon retail sell orders. Today's retail trade really isn't a large number of folks, but rather a handful of anxiety traders moving out and accordingly the MM oblige. Uncertain as a rule, thus you will notice a spread or a hidden share price indicating the movement based by MM to control the daily swings/ This daily movement in the last couple of days is indicative that shares are still very closely held and only very few sells probably numbering around no more than a dozen players existing out or reducing their held.

Nothing has change for me and I added .0014 that shows as a sell, but certainly for me was a nice high volume buy. Folks this is what is referred to as MM masking their trades and as well indicates shares are still tightly held and the daily controlling is in MM hands. They control the action and we as buyers and sellers fall within these daily parameters on their call.

Investors don't believe the PR because of the history of non transparency by the leadership.
Plus the CEO lied about a share buyback when infact they did the opposite.
Can't trust them, it's obvious, by the selling
