My streamer shows a few trades in March. September the previous year. Not really "trading" but at least quoted.

CLAD still trading......but spread is .013x5.00 .....lol......damn.. Chinese companies are flaky as shit....

That's what I thought about the Form 15. I really liked this company when they were farming mushrooms. Then the CEO handed out shares like candy. I dumped it after that, but bought the other one he handed over to someone else. That one got suspended, IIRC.

When they file a Form15, they're trying to stay alive....but if they're not current with their filings at the time they do it, the SEC can still kill them.

Anyway, looks like CLAD isn't suspended....there's market makers...but got a spread from hell.....lol......at least AH.

I was expecting a late filing notice today but haven't seen it. Are they filing any more?

Oh, so they did file on Friday. $102K in revenue for 3 months, compared to $3.2 million last year. Talk about a fail. Also since the last filing they've doubled the outstanding shares (7M to 13.8M) by issuing more to Chin and his consultants. I'm sure he'll reverse split again at some point. The funny thing is though, NO shares are trading anyway, so why even bother with that? LOL I think there's been about 500 shares total traded in the last 3 months.
