Our Caltrans structures engineer provided the following update:
The Structure monitoring system installed at the Honcut Creek Bridge currently does not have a power
supply and to Caltrans knowledge the system is not measuring or collecting data, and no data has been
provided to the State from DarkPulse or any other source (despite requests).
Caltrans is currently is not aware of any plans or discussions to supply the system with continuous or
intermittent power and, as the construction project under which the system components were installed
is nearing completion. DarkPulse has been made aware that any future plans to supply the system with
power will be required to proceed through the Encroachment Permit process.
Due to the general lack of responsiveness from DarkPulse, I am not aware of any pursuit to gather data
from the system or incorporate it into the monitoring program for the Structure.

First off, read my post again. I wrote 1.15Bil, not 1.5Bil. Secondly, I'm not sure what you meant by "dropped in." I'll assume you meant "added to the OS" and not dumped. I wrote specifically, "of the 1.15 added to the OS, only 180Mil had been dumped." The result of the 180Mil dump dropped the SP from .0012 down to .0009. That's because the 180Mil was dumped slowly, so as not to tank the SP down to the low trips. Slowly is how it's done, but you already know that. That resolves your wondering why the SP is not in the low trips. Regarding the verifiable math. >>

According to the S-1/A filed in February there were 7.9Bil shares outstanding. On July 14, according to the SS disclosed by the transfer agent, the OS was at 8.060Bil outstanding. The next day, July 15, there were 900Mil more shares outstanding compared to the day before. That increase resulted in 8.960Bil outstanding from one day to the next. >>

Currently, there are 9.213Bil outstanding shares. So, another 243Mil shares were added to the OS since the 900Mil on July 15. Simply subtract the current 9.213Bil from the 8.060Bil on July 14. The result is a 1.152Bil increase in the outstanding since July 14. Further >>

The Unrestricted increased by 180Mil since July 14 and as said, those shares have been dumped. To answer your query >> the reason the SP is not in the low trips is because, again, only 180Mil have been dumped, and dumped slowly. DPLS is broke. The money raised since July 14 doesn't even come close to cover the monthly cash burn. >>

Shareholders should expect the remaining 1Bil shares to get dumped. But that 1Bil is just the start. The S-1/A spells it out. Without continuous equity sales, DPLS will be forced to file for bankruptcy. Regarding low trips, it's reasonable to expect a reverse split before the SP gets to .0001. Shareholders don't want to hear it or believe it, but shouldn't dismiss it. GHS Financial wants their money back from the shares they are buying from Dennis and it will be much easier for them to sell when the SP is at a much higher price.

If 1.5 billion shares were dropped in, the share price would likely be in low .000s

The CEO isn't doing anything against the rules, he has been transparent in the filings. The numbers dont lie. He is diluting and getting paid, up to investors whether to give him more money or not. Perhaps this gets another pump, perhaps not.

This is a buy at 0.0008 Sell at 0.001 its already paying people almost weekly. The bad boys buy many millions in this mode. they are not the complainers just quiet bad asses. I do not have the money to hang with the big dogs, I sit on the porch with the pups. GLTA
