41 days left on the countdown clock, whatever this means, and slowly they have to start delivering!!!

First of all they need to produce 23 Q3 filings and a revised attorney's letter in order to get current again!

Second they need to explain why they gave up their highly profitable business in order to invest into a startup without any visible sales still struggling to get financing!!!

And there is still the old annoying question how they managed to turn 67 millions of net profits into just 12 millions of assets as stated in 24 Q2 and the filings before !!!

As already stated until further explaining information is provided the scam indicator stands very high!!!

1 million at the bid at 015....maybe that creates some excitement and pressure!!!

I'm much more concerned that this investment and also the one into. ILDA was just for money laundering or a kind of agreement saying we transfer 20 mills to your account and we privately share those 50:50!!!

ILDA was just borne shortly before they invested and closed again shortly after!!! GO FIGURE!!!

I just hope ARCO doesn't follow the same path!!!

How was Protonstar $20M paid?

Transaction took place in jan 2022 but there is no traces of payment in the financials.

The assets don’t go up by $20M
No debt/notes worth $20M declares
No cash paid out for that amount
Ni shares issued

The whole financials aren’t worth jack squat, and Peter Koley was the author.

You have to add up the filings from 2021 to 2023 to get the 67 millions!!!

What happend to the money is another question!

But apparently they lost 20 mills with Protonstar,. More mills with VR Metro and more with who knows!

So you are right, it looks very shady and the scam indicator is pretty high!!!

They are a couple of years toi late and millions of Euros short.

Their video says they got 40 millions of investments and have applied for NASDAQ which should be achieved within this year!!!

There's a lot of information about Arco on Instagram but everything looks very theoretically and i couldn't find anything about sales contracts!!!Ich it seems tbey are still more or less in the development stage!!!

They claim to be in business since 20 years so i wonder how did they survive that long without sales!

Let's hope we get a positive surprise here sooner rather than later!!!

The interest has slowly faded away again, probably until we get further news!!!

Hopefully they start filing asap in order to get current again!!!

Strange is they haven't sold a single share the last 2 1/2 years, right?

What's also interesting to watch is that they exchanged companies for arco which earned them about 2 millions of net profit per month (if those numbers were correct in the first place) !!!

To make any sense of these transactions arco should do even better! Considering the results of the old set-up the pps was way too low already so if arco performs even better what impacts would that have on the pps???

Questions over questions are waiting to be answered!!

I fully share your scepticism, without further information we have not the slightest idea we are dealing with!

Already the last set up looked like a money laundering operation and the market NEVER believed in the numbers provided so it remains to be seen if its different this time!!!

Let's see if they provide those AUDITED fins or if they come up with some weak excuses!!!

And just how many engineer work for them???

Do they own specific patents giving them technological competitive advantages, or are they tryin to start with known technology already widely used by real international competitors ?

I supect they are big mouthed and only intend to pump and dump, exactly what they did in the past. They never walked the talk.

The CoC information isn't giving enough details!!! The audited fins are needed in order to determine why they sold companies making them 67 millions of net profits in 2 years to buy arco!!!

I'm still not convinced everything is legit here specially when dwelling over those 49 millions vanished from the balance sheet without explanation!!!
