Not a single question was asked about it, and did so all the while knowing they had no legal approval or viability to their " Goo" poo business model. The whole...we scaled it out, was just classic eh? Anybody that was in this on the announcement of their business disclosure days, full well knows that corporate history event. Doors will inevitably close here as they'll be attempting to distance themselves from additional liabilities.

Can someone explain to me how Good Gaming can sell Microbuddies, Minecraft, and Roblox (the majority of their operations) to a former employee no longer working for Good Gaming, and not one PR or SEC filling? Are we not reporting anymore? In a couple weeks we should atleast see a 10-Q. Or is that a thing of the past also?

The entire program has zero credibility, past and present. The missed opportunities, millions fleeced and time wasted, should give anyone pause on this shell. Also the GOO token needs to be fungible. That whole bury GOO in a Microbuddy basically killed it for crypto.

Lesson learned is … SEC and public traded companies are the absolute worst thing to happen to a crypto project in the US … because of Gensler … and fear of “if we talk we could affect something”. Just the absolute worst.

I personally knew once the restrictions on talking and teaming with the community were put in place the project was going to die a slow death.

Going out separate ways was the only solution…

I have two important announcements to make regarding the future of MicroBuddies.

*Last week was my final week with Good Gaming.*

Yep. I saw a lot of speculation about whether I was staying or going, and it's with a bittersweet heart that I can confirm that I will be leaving GG after 8 years. Virtually my entire professional career has been spent with GG, and leaving behind the stability, support, and colleagues I've spent so long collaborating, learning, and growing with is both terrifying and liberating. Through all the ups and downs, I'm grateful for everything GG has done for me. I think our relationship ended on a pretty good note though, as you'll see as this post continues.

It's time for me to write the next chapter of my career. The vision I developed in late 2020 that led to my design of MicroBuddies as a proof of concept still runs strong within me. I have spent the last few years soaking up knowledge of Web3 and honing my game design, development, and leadership capabilities. There aren't many that share as much technical and cultural knowledge of the Web3 industry as I, and even fewer that ALSO understand the technical and cultural aspects of the gaming industry - which is what will make me and the team I'm building uniquely suited to connect these two behemoth spaces.

All of this leads me to the second big announcement regarding MicroBuddies:

*I have acquired MicroBuddies from Good Gaming*

That's right, for the first time, yours truly is in full control! Good Gaming is no longer involved with MicroBuddies. Not only that, but my deal with GG also included Minecraft, which has a big community and holds a special place in my heart. They even threw in Roblox. Rest assured, under me we're going to go in a whole new direction - you don't have to worry about us trying any IP crossovers.

The future is bright, the opportunities in front of us are incredible, and I hope everyone in the MicroBuddies community will come along for the ride.

All that said - I want to ask everyone for a little bit more patience. I'm incredibly excited and itching to start building and executing, but I know my limits. Everything that's happened over the last few weeks, and frankly the last few years, has left me at less than 100%. I'm going to take a few weeks to refresh my mental and prepare to lock in on doing everything that needs to be done to make my vision for this world a reality. Vision statement to follow when I'm back.

I'll still be around in the chats, and without the corporate filter now. Thank you everyone.

P.S. As you all know, at acquisition the game was in a dead, broken, and costly state. I've shut off the game while we figure out next steps, and moved everything over to a much more sustainable infrastructure. Third party marketplaces are still running. <https://microbuddies.io/>

At any point in time and with virtually every stock there are winners and losers depending on when they took a position and at what price.

Agreed on all points. They need to figure out what “Good Gaming Inc.” is. They definitely abandoned Web 3 and crypto. Seems like they held onto this mobile platform. Not sure there is much money there with just one clicker game relying on ads.

From where I stand … They truly need to find something they want to focus on and stick with it.

The “too expensive” to maintain thing I see earlier is only a tone because of mismanagement. Letting Sterling go to late was their mistake. That’s on them. I thought he should have been kicked to the curb a year ago.

Hopefully they get things figured out but for now … a company with one clicker game is not much of a company. IMO. Needs more meat on the bone.

I think they should be sued for marketing an illegal business model, false statements on Scaling and revenue, failure to disclose vital shareholder information, fiduciary malfeasance, and market pump manipulations.
While all in my opinion, I do believe a successful verdict could be garnered.

In my opinion, $GMER (Good Gaming) should re-invent itself as an online casino, but what do I know?

Casinos have a ton of cash-flow, and there would always be buyers willing to take over the ticker
symbol and catchy name: "Good Gaming".

I agree. Been thinking about this for the last few hours. Fluxty left and has microbuddies, roblox, and Minecraft.. GMER has galactic acres and.. that’s about it unless I am missing something. So the shell is as clean as it gets for David to merge with via one and take that public, cash in his shares. That is the last hope here probably. Shares are already about worthless. I’ll hold until tripe zeros at this point. GLTA. P.S. something like this should hit the filing board I would think.. interested to see if fluxty kept his shares or it was apart of the deal to purchase Mircobuddies and all. Might be a clue on David’s plans for GMER.

I honestly think the split is good for GMER. You all can do things that make sense for a public traded company and we can do the risky crypto thing.

I now honestly think the two projects being free from each other can be a good thing for both. I hope GMER kicks ass and does well.
