LATE AGAIN ON FINANCIALS. Shocker eh?? The Q3 was due a week ago. No late filing notice,no nothing. Previous financials are still screwed up but he doesn't give a crap about anything except his 100K per month stipend.

This POS is DEAD.

Who the hell is buying JADA? Some lost soul? What a joke...what does Sellers do? He probably thinks he's in line for a Trump cabinet job...anyone seen him running around DC?

Fines or penalties...nope, but if those returns aren't amended then this POS can be sent to the Expert Market to die. I think an amended financial will show up in a few days.

And, with all that being said, in the Pinkie World there are absolutely no consequences.

Yeah...his big time Attorney went over those financials with a fine tooth comb YET the financials for the period ending June 30 2024 actually show statements of income ending AND Statement of Cash Flows ending on MARCH 31st 2024.

So....dumb AZZZZ Willy just did a copy and past of the Statement of Operations ending in March and pasted them into the financials ending in June. SAME with the Statement of Cash Flows?!?!

And yet his attorney states how he really read them enough to SIGN OFF ON THEM as LEGIT?!?



Oh BTW Sellers...OTC Markets says for FACT that this POS FRAUD is a SHELL COMPANY. You state in your financials that it isn't.

Stain has nothing. There are no quarterly filings, and the annual report says nothing other than that he is owed more money. He’s doing such a tremendous job!!! lol. Hopefully whoever trusted this loser can at least break even.

I’m sure Stain will not even file the Q2 report. He has nothing and this endeavor if failing far beyond my wildest expectations. I’ve said from the beginning this was a scam.

I'm guessing that the other filings are in the works. It looks like he's trying to get the company off of the ground, because of the line of credit available. If he's getting a frozen dinner business going, it may take some time for it to bloom. There may be sales ($$$) in the first quarter. An update would be nice to know. I hope he's not playing a shell game using JADA for tax relief on another business or businesses, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt though. IMO.

LOL...that's the THIRD annual report that Willy has now filed. What hasn't been filed is the required Attorney letter by the SEC. Oh wait,where are the Q1 financials?? NEVER FILED and not even a late filing notice.

So, Sellers finally got around to filing the Annual List on 7/09/2024. That is the " Big News."

It was in default for quite a while. Then updated to active. It does show life in the grave yard. IMO.

I don't know how to link. If you go on www.nvsos.gov then under businesses, click on business entity search and type in Jade Art Group in the name location. You should be able to find it.

What does it mean to you? Simply a pulse? This new guy should call the CEO...get a sermon.

What seller? According to their fins, no CDs or issued shares, am I missing something? On top of the A/S haven't budged for a year.

Sellers will run this shell even further into the ground until he's owed so much " consulting " fees that it will be even less attractive to potential interested buyers. Sellers' ego and greed will both contribute to his and shareholder eventual failure here. IMO
