The track record is one of pump, dump, DILUTE, rinse and repeat. Why would it all of a sudden change? The reasons to be skeptical are astronomical.

Folks, it's getting close. Name change is almost here. I don't have enough shares and looking to get more before the official name change is complete, new company comes in, and PPS goes back up. I figure if KGKG went to .0063, last time, during the hype of their lemonade and having revenue 5 times less than the new company, we should see at least .01 cent a share with the new company (VIBE). IMO.

IMO, even if the new company did a RS, the increased revenue supports the action of a RS. With additional revenue, the new company (VIBE), down the road a bit, can eventually do a forward split to further reward investors. IMO

Now it doesnt mean the co cant sell elsewhere, or be listed, but given no revs from any entity it will make the next Q a read !

Covert was 'acquired' in early spring this year! Their mgt became ceo/coo following. Now this mgt is taking itself back private with NO benefit to shareholders?

We know why they made Covert a private company. But, "looking back on things", that is probably why they abruptly got rid of the lemonades and the energy with hemp drinks. IMO, this was their plan the whole time.

It was their long-term plan, all along, to reverse merge with a larger established company. But to do that, they had to get rid of their subsidiaries. IMO

I hope they succeed in achieving this goal. I recently visited an area in Tallahassee Florida. There were at least two "wa-wa" stores there. Stores that could have sold our drinks. I just hope Management knows what they are doing! IMO.

Even though the company that is being reversed merged has 30 million dollars in revenue we have to look at how much money it it using to make the 30 million dollars. For example, if it is spending 30 million dollars to make 30 million dollars in revenue, the new company is in trouble.

So the question to ask is why does the new company wants to go public. We should look at , IMO, future potential. I believe the new company wants obtain public funding to fund operations for expanding access to additional markets . IMO.

Wish in one hand, sh*t in the other. Let me know which one fills up faster!! Somebody needs to put in a 3B share order at $.00005. Then if it fills, see if they are even considered in any "voting" issues. This $KGKG could give three f**ks about shareholders, and apparently never has.

Yahoo! has the name as NuVibe but E*Trade still has it as Kona.

I just looked to see when the symbol will change and I didn't see a change listed.

Or, the company has no plan, and is just issuing shares to keep paying employees and management.

There is a possibility KGKG is employing this method in order to keep control of the company thus affecting share price. That could be why we are .0001 per share. There is a good chance the target company will buy KGKG (VIBE) very cheaply. And, that is what KGKG wants. KGKG is making it easy and very tempting for the target company. When they do, the price per share will dramatically increase. IMO.
