Marsbergen is a fraud and should be banned from OTCMarkets notice he's not on TSX Venture Exchange. Why didn't a Canadian company uplist on their own exchange when he was able to? He could have at one point but never bothered. I will tell you why because he knew his scam SP would never hold up and TSX Ventures would’ve banned him long ago so instead he preys on OTCMarkets- US investors where scams are allowed to stay scams hoping desperate newbies will throw money on it as a lotto play. Ultrack Systems doesn't makes a single product of their own, they provide a GPS service for a few trucks and try to sell other manufacturers stuff which even that they fail at both, it’s nothing but a front to a stock selling scam, Steve is Canadian trash and will never be anything else.
