You are assuming he does not know versus just being negative. Ulterior motive? The COC is filed with the State of Florida(I posted the exact filing yesterday). What is the true meaning of the constant reference to the past failures when Frank O is OUT.
If one wishes to speculate on the new management, their business, future, etc, that's fair game. But to pretend that one cannot read a STATE filing makes me wonder what is really behind the consistent neg. According to WarMachine, shorts do not exist in MONI, not ASCM, CDEL or any other well known short sellers. It's actually quite humorous to pretend that shorts do not exist in OTC stocks, when anyone with any experience can see the algorithm that ASCM uses, the late day sells at the bid, share price prints below the market when T&S show otherwise, crossing shares, and on and on. All typical of short selling.

I am guessing that when the filing posts on OTC Markets, the rhetoric will cease about who is in charge of MONI. What will the naysayers go with next?

Perhaps not, but to date wOGI is either a pump and dump scheme or a true change in business direction.

Either way, IMO, management, new or not, has been performing pretty ineptly.

We will find out when they post their numbers by 11/15/24, unless they start off on the wrong foot and don't file on time. Until then, it's all rose colored glasses and imaginary numbers.

To investors, $mONI is worth whatever they sell their shares for less what they paid for them.

What silliness. Market Cap is simply the number of shares times the price per share. Ultimately, it is meaningless, since you can get to a Market Cap of 1B just by increasing the share count.

What matters is what the market determines the stock is worth and that's a whole lot trickier, especially when, as now with $mONI, there is no solid evidence that $mONI is worth anything.

Ughhh. Nope, its a long process to have OTC markets updated. The original piece (updating CEO) has to be vetted and takes time. Its why you have two CEO's listed. FYI- Florida SOS is the end all be all. Florida has to be updated first, then the process continues in OTC markets.

Its really not strange at all. Its just ignorance of not understanding how these processes work. ESPECAILLY when the CEO suddenly dies and new paperwork needs to be filed. Sheesh. Who is the new CEO? We dont know yet?

Call OTC markets and ask how it works... But you wont. lol
