Imo, with the with the form C/A filed yesterday, ( If and i mean If PTOP sticks to it's timelines) we could see the 400 /1 reverse in the very near future, as it doesn't take long for it to happen, then we could see press release for mobi coin (Per RECENT PTOP press release} released then another news story (Per RECENT PTOP press release) with mobi 1.7 released.

And yet, you still haven't purchased any PTOP shares ? Why do all that talking and no buying?

I really REGRET investing into this company.

To answer something you asked earlier. When the stock skyrocketed, Chris was still running PTOP and Josh and Bento were running the shell Code2Action that PTOP would merge with.

At the time Bento had something like 400 million shares. So you wanna know who got rich? I assume Chris probably lost most of whatever he made in fines he was assessed with by the SEC for his other schemes.

And aren’t we original note holders still on the books as being owed a great deal of money? I didn’t even bother to look at the last statements. I assume that money is gone. But Josh can threaten us all we like but if he ever turns this into something positive he faces lawsuits from the noteholders who are still waiting for their returns.

I'm not sure why Cody hasn't answered my question I posted to him approximately a month ago (give or take) yet and he's gone dark.

I'm not sure how many shares he owns?

A federal court house just 10 miles north of me and $500 or $1000 to file means nothing to me remember as we have a contract . My guess it would be in the best interest of Josh to send us the paper work to get the restriction removed from our shares . My opinion is he puts best foot forward people would say hey this stock could be a great investment and really make Josh a big millionaire and make his wife very happy after all the down years we have been through ,
Remember we are the people that put up the money to make this company and soon if Josh is correct this stock could be worth money and we have the right to share in them profits.
