How do they get Graphite?

There are 2 methods:

Wet Floatation, and Volt Carbon's Air Qualification.

Right now everybody uses Wet Flotation, which includes harsh chemical processing.

Volt Carbon ( $TORVF ) has developed a proprietary Air Qualification process which uses no chemicals, and is Much better than the Flotation method.

This results in up to $340/Ton Carbon Credits.

Since the mining of Graphite is only $110/Ton, they are actually getting PAID to mine. The mining costs are NEGATIVE..lol.

This difference will add significant revenues to their bottom line.

Graphite for batties fetches $6,000 U.S. per tonne.

This Air Classifier is going to make huge $$ for TORVF...why ?....this early prototype is able to separate all the minerals all the way down to the silica sands....what does that mean?... The Secrets of Graphite Deposits - $TORVF:

Most graphite deposits are not the same. Most were not formed under intense heat for hundreds of years.

Volt Carbon ($TORVF) has tested graphite from Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Africa and other parts of Quebec. The flake graphite is very different. Much has to be chemically purified to get battery grade anode material.

However, the graphite in northern Quebec, which was affected by an asteroid impact some 214 million years ago, is very unique in the fact that it all occurs close to surface and has very pure flakes. EPR has 12,025 hectares in their tenure and GEM has 11,000 hectares in theirs.

That is 86.3 square miles which has been chosen by its geophysics to possibly contain 100 million tonnes of ore averaging 17% contained graphite.

The Manitouwadge Area has 20-30% graphite.......Most graphite deposits run 2 to 6% contained graphite.

Can't wait till Trump imposes the tariffs, China has halted all EXPORTS of all rare earth materials! including Non-Renewable minerals such as Graphite, Lithium, Tungsten Zirconium ect, ect!
