look at amazing share structure.... 14 million float

and stock is at .002.... some custodian or someone

will take a shot at overtaking XYNH... maybe lazar

will try again.... if I get time I will call E*TRADE and

beg them to let me buy this...

I was still able to buy .0005s after it went to expert market. took me almost 60 days to get them.

Suspension is over already, its now Expert Market and trades among brokers. David vacated when it got suspended. Now ripe for someone else to pick up. Not sure why it went ExpMkt instead of Grey. I am guessing thats how things work now.

I'm hoping David can can get this ticker out of SEC suspension.

My 20,000 .0005s are looking good

Definately trading again, I got filled today.

Listed "Expert market" already. Wonder if it skipped going grey or Lazar already addressed it.

A trade went thru today

SEC suspended this one yesterday. Up to Lazar to revive it after the suspension is lifted ( 2weeks I think). It will go to grey after that tiem and Lazar will have to decide if he wants to bother bringing it back to pink. Since he has money invested he might do that. Not sure if he has history of being put in this position by SEC before.

Shame XYNH is not trading. Perhaps that will change in the coming weeks.

Lazar is not stupid.

There had to be a reason to take the ticker over!

Frustrating!!

Court updated, question is will Lazar bother to ressurect it after suspension clears.
