Even if Lamberth certifies the verdict, I believe that Hamish the plaintiffs lawyer of record has stated that an appeal would probably be made as far as the damage awards because he thought that they were demonstrably low. Just my understanding.

Charts don't work in NSAV or any OTC. Period. If they did every chart guy would have made big money in the OTC in 2022 and 2023 and they did not. Most lost money those two years in the OTC like we all did. Throw 2021 out the door. That year does not count. Everyone made money in the OTC in 2021
