The Company received notification yesterday that Fidelity International Limited
(FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries hold 1,349,314 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company, representing 2.45% of the Company's issued share
capital and therefore no longer holds a notifiable interest.  The interests are
non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust schemes in the UK and,
by virtue of his shareholding in FIL, Mr Edward C. Johnson 3d.
