Arcadia Receives Approval for Listing on the American Stock Exchange

-Trading to Begin on Monday, July 3, 2006- SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June

announced today that the American Stock Exchange (Amex(R)) has
approved the Company's application for listing its common shares on
the Amex. Arcadia Resources anticipates to commence trading on the
Amex on Monday, July 3, 2006. The Company will notify shareholders
of its new trading symbol as soon as it becomes available. This
approval is contingent upon the Company being in compliance with
all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading on
the Exchange, and may be rescinded if the Company is not in
