Alexon Group plc announces that Mr R A K W Piggott, Finance Director, has today
exercised options over, and sold, 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company
("Shares") at 299p per Share. Mr Piggott's beneficial interest of 71,168 Shares
remains unchanged as a result of the exercise and sale.
