Explanation of Responses:
(1) This amendment is being filed to correct the vesting period of the restricted stock unit award from a Form 4 filed on April 17, 2023 due to a scrivener's error which incorrectly stated that the restricted stock unit award fully vested on March 31, 2026. This amendment does not otherwise modify any transaction details that were previously reported on the Form 4.
(2) One-fourth of the restricted stock unit award will vest in full as of each of the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the March 31, 2023 vesting commencement date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer, until fully vested on March 31, 2027. Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting of the unit.
