Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 17 June 2013 concerning an offer for Cermaq's EWOS business.

A potential sale of EWOS constitutes a significant change to the business of Cermaq. Consequently, and subject to a definitive agreement regarding the sale of EWOS being executed and completed, Cermaq will offer an early redemption of its outstanding bond loan CEQ01 (ISIN NO 001065771.1) as further described in the attached summons letter.

The proposal for a conditional early redemption has obtained approval by the necessary majority, through pre-acceptances from bondholders representing more than 2/3 of the bonds.
