Share Repurchase

City North announces that it purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company
for cancellation on 14 April 2003 at a price of 157p per share. The purchase
price represents a 46% discount to the last stated net asset value per share.

The Directors will review future opportunities in the light of market
conditions.
