American Stock Exchange Lists Units of Courtside Acquisition
Corporation NEW YORK, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the units of Courtside
Acquisition Corporation, under the ticker symbol CRB.U. Each unit
will consist of exactly one common share and two warrants.
Courtside Acquisition Corp. is a company incorporated to serve as a
vehicle for the acquisition of an operating business. The target
business will not be limited to a particular industry, although it
is initially intend to focus on the entertainment, media and
