Coinmach Service Corp. (AMEX: DRY) (the "Company") announced today that it has filed Amendment No. 3 to its registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the proposed public offering of 10,706,638 shares of its Class A common stock, and has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,605,995 additional shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
