Eagle was expecting to announce its second quarter financial results on Monday, April 10th. Eagle has timely filed a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the SEC. While such filing provides a five-day extension to file, Eagle expects to file its 10-Q by April 12, 2006. Next Wednesday's call will be hosted by Dave Micek, Eagle President and CEO, Juliet Markovich, Principal Accounting Officer, and will include a management update followed by a question and answer period.
