Harbor Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) previously announced it intention to adjourn its stockholders meeting until Monday, December 31, 2007.

 

On December 28, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing its intention to further adjourn its stockholders meeting, without conducting any business, until Tuesday, January 8, 2008.

 

A copy of the press release is attached as an Exhibit to this report.
