The Board of Directors of Hanover Capital Croup plc announces that Simon 
Robinson and Jonathan Malins have resigned as directors with immediate effect.

transformation of the Company to that of a Mining Investment Company. Richard 
Mark Axtell has been appointed as an Executive Director effective immediately.
