held a non-material interest in 68,350,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 5.81% of the total shares in issue.



SG Asset Management is the trading name of a group of companies including
Societe Generale Asset Management UK Limited, which is authorised to manage
investments belonging to others on both a discretionary and non-discretionary
basis.
