As for announcing submission instead of acceptance/start, you recognize the risk. A credible company would only do that if it either had a very experienced team/TP preparing the MAA or

Screw tops seem to be much more generally accepted for decent wines now than they were even ten years ago. And of course you don't have to worry about crumbled corks, which can be a pain, and also a sign that the wine itself has gone off.

The promoters are probably not being in cash, but instead in shares at a greatly reduced cash value. They try to raise the price to make their dumping more lucrative, but they have failed at that......but no worries, they still make bank because they got their shares so cheap.

Update on AIM testing results for UPRO over 5-year period from 11/15/19 – 11/15/24.

I re-performed the test as Test 3 utilizing only Black Swan Rule when cash was depleted. No changes to Buy SAFE as in Test 2. Results were improved over initial Test 1.

No, it is not. And in 2022, when Dr Oz, who lived in New Jersey, ran against John Fetterman, that counted for a lot. Oz was, in fact, pilloried as an "elitist" for his big house in Jersey and his doomed search for inexpensive crudités in a Pennsylvania supermarket whose name he got wrong.
