Keller Group plc has been advised that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales SA ("
Terratest") has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 215p per share.   Terratest is a connected person of Mr Pedro Lopez
Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.



Following this purchase, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the
Company is 5,059,000 representing 7.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
