A shelf offering allows a company to register a security and then keep it “on the shelf” for up to three years. This way, the company can register its securities up front and then wait until conditions are favorable to sell them on the market.

So they have up to 3 years to sell 35 mil worth of stock when the pps is more to their liking

Sounds like I’ll have at least half my position out by than lol

Absolutely agree we’ve watched staged buying with controlled pps

Accumulation has been going on for at least 3 weeks imo

that's what I'm betting on.....something big is happening behind the scene.........lots of buying the last 3 weeks....and share price being controlled......you know those MM's are up too......1 big contract sends this play to DOLLARLAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can wait.....

If it is mid August I would expect to see some “ major “ contracts and leakage of possible profitability as they said they were aiming for…..

Profitable and some major new revenue streams would send this stock flying to 5.00

2nd quarter ended 30 June so I’m guessing by 15 August if we stick to their past 10Q release times

when is next filing...earnings or quarterly out ????
