VCG Holding Corp. (AMEX: PTT), a leading consolidator and operator
of adult nightclubs, today announced that it received a notice from
the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) indicating that the company is
now in compliance with the exchange's continued listing standards.
On August 16, 2007, the AMEX notified VCG Holding Corp. that based
upon the company�s most recent �Listing Additional Shares
Applications� and other related information, the company has
resolved all previous listing deficiencies. About VCG Holding Corp.
VCG Holding Corp. is an owner, operator and consolidator of adult
nightclubs throughout the United States. The Company currently owns
fourteen adult nightclubs and one upscale dance lounge. The night
clubs are located in Indianapolis, St. Louis, Denver, Colorado
