Quest Capital Corp. (the 'Company') (TSX: QC)(NYSE Amex: QCC)(AIM: QCC) reports that A. Murray Sinclair and Brian E. Bayley, Co-Chairmen of the Company, and Stephen C. Coffey, President and CEO of the Company and Jim Grosdanis, Chief Financial Officer of the Company notified the Company on 20 May 2009 that they purchased shares of the Company as follows:

- On May 19, 2009, Mr. Sinclair purchased 3,040,200 common shares at $0.96.

- On May 19, 2009, Mr. Sinclair purchased 150,000 common shares at $0.97

- On May 20, 2009, Mr. Sinclair purchased 10,000 common shares at $0.97

- On May 19, 2009, Mr. Bayley purchased 1,000,000 common shares at $0.96

- On May 20, 2009, Mr. Coffey purchased 10,000 common shares at $0.96

- On May 19, 2009, Mr. Grosdanis purchased 5,000 common shares at $0.97

Following the purchase of these shares, Mr. Sinclair holds 4,273,697 shares of the Company, representing approximately 2.84% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase of these shares, Mr. Bayley holds 3,172,788 shares of the Company, representing approximately 2.11% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase of these shares, Mr. Coffey holds 20,000 shares of the Company representing approximately 0.02% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase of these shares, Mr. Grosdanis holds 23,500 shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.02% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company.
