American Stock Exchange Launches RMR Dividend Capture Fund

RMR Advisors, Inc.'s Seventh Closed-End Fund to List on the Amex
NEW YORK, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today began trading common shares of RMR Dividend Capture
Fund issued and managed by RMR Advisors, Inc. under the ticker
symbol RCR. RMR Dividend Capture Fund (AMEX:RCR) is a newly
organized, non- diversified closed end management investment
company. Its primary investment objective is to provide high
current dividend income to its common stock shareholders. RCR
attempts to achieve its objective by investing in publicly traded,
dividend paying equity securities. It is anticipated that under
normal market conditions at least 80% of assets will be invested in
the common securities of domestic real estate investment trusts
(REITs) and closed-end management investment companies that pay

Amex currently lists 149 closed-end funds with $32 billion in
