Rem Offshore ASA recorded operating revenue of NOK 221.7 million in the second quarter of 2016 (2015: 292). EBITDA came to NOK -92.5 million (154.9), and net earnings NOK -1 119 million (64.3). These losses were due to newbuild cancellation costs of NOK 191.7 million and impairment losses of NOK 898.7 million. Excluding these one-off effects, the quarter brought EBITDA of NOK 99.2 million and net earnings of NOK -28.5 million.

Operating revenue for the first six months of 2016 amounted to NOK 457.4 million (NOK 607.8 million). Operating profits before depreciation (EBITDA) for the first six months totalled NOK 16.8 million (NOK 315.7 million). Net profit came to NOK -1 110.3 million (NOK 70.1 million).
