policy is not to comment on unusual market activity or rumors.
In view of the unusual market activity in the common stock of
RMX Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), the New York Stock Exchange
(“NYSE”) has contacted the Company in accordance with its usual
practice. The Company states that its policy is not to comment on

The Company formerly provided ready-mix concrete products to the
construction industry since 1997, but has no active business
