Deborah Keeman Joins Stream to Integrate, Organize and Standardize

that it has appointed Deborah Keeman to vice president of learning
and development. Based in the company's Wellesley, Mass., office
and reporting directly to Richard Pitrolo, senior vice president of
operations support services, Ms. Keeman will be responsible for
defining and ensuring the successful delivery of service
professional training and learning programs throughout the
enterprise. Stream's learning and development team is an integral
component of the company's operations group, and ensures that
Stream's service professionals continually refine their skills to
provide our clients the highest level of performance and overall
customer satisfaction. The group maintains an emphasis on adult
learning principles including hands-on learning, simulations, and
role plays and closely aligns curriculum with client key
performance indicators (KPIs). Learning opportunities are
experienced at the new hire phase, prior to and during new product
introductions and at ongoing points throughout a client engagement.
Ms. Keeman brings more than 20 years experience in the outsourcing
and BPO industry to Stream and its newly defined role of vice
president of learning and development. As an industry veteran in
BPO and outsourcing, Ms. Keeman's valuable knowledge of service
professional training needs and their direct correlation to client
KPIs will be integral to the success of the program. Prior to
joining Stream, Ms. Keeman was vice president of marketing for
Enterprise Mobile, a leading outsourcer focusing on the challenges
of enterprise mobility. In addition to her work with Enterprise
Mobile, Keeman also ran the marketing efforts for industry-leader
3Com, Inc. She was also a member of the management team of Stream's
predecessor, Stream International, where she served as vice
