Applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing
of 9,999,996 Ordinary shares of 10p each ranking pari passu with the existing
Ordinary shares, to the Official List. 4,999,998 of the shares will be allotted
pursuant to the exercise of options under the Unapproved Executive Share Option
Scheme and 4,999,998 of the shares will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of
options under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.
